I work with people in the touring music world and their partners. That includes artists, crew, managers, techs, tour families and the people at home holding it all together. You do not have to be on tour right now. If live music and touring are (or have been) part of your life, you are in the right place.
I am based in the UK and work mostly online, with some in-person sessions available in Harley Street, London. Additionally, I offer a limited number of bespoke on-location support options by arrangement.
You don’t have to know that before you get in touch.
Most people start with a free 15‑minute consultation. We talk briefly about what’s going on, what you’ve already tried, and what kind of support you’re hoping for. Together we’ll explore what feels realistic for your life, energy and touring rhythm. You’re not locked into one option forever, we can adjust as we go.
You don’t have to decide that on your own.
As a guide:
Individual therapy is for people who want practical, honest support with anxiety, burnout, post tour crashes, identity shifts or the strain of living between home and the road. Sessions help you make sense of what is happening, spot unhelpful patterns and find steadier ways to regulate and thrive.
Relationship therapy is for either intimate partners or professional relationships such as bandmates, managers and long term collaborators. We focus on communication, trust and finding workable ways forward when pressure, touring or long periods together/apart have started to affect the relationship.
You can use the free consultation to talk this through. I’ll ask a few questions about what’s happening right now and we can decide together whether it makes more sense to start individually, as a couple, or with a professional relationship.
