FAQs

Who do you support?

I work with people in the touring music world and their partners. That includes artists, crew, managers, techs, tour families and the people at home holding it all together. You do not have to be on tour right now. If live music and touring are/have been part of your life, you are in the right place. I am based in the UK and work mostly online, with some in person sessions available in London and a limited number of bespoke on location support options by arrangement.

What is the difference between individual and relationship therapy?

Individual therapy is for people who want practical, honest support with anxiety, burnout, post tour crashes, identity shifts or the strain of living between home and the road. Sessions help you make sense of what is happening, spot unhelpful patterns and find steadier ways to regulate and thrive.

Relationship therapy is for either intimate partners or professional relationships such as bandmates, managers and long term collaborators. We focus on communication, trust and finding workable ways forward when pressure, touring or long periods together/apart have started to affect the relationship.

How do the Stabilise, Repair and Bespoke options work?

Stabilise is a short, focused block of sessions over around three months, often around a specific tour leg or clear crunch period, so you have support before, during and after.

Repair is open ended work for longer term, deeper rooted struggles, when things have been building for a while and you feel ready to go deeper and make lasting change.

Bespoke support is a tailored option by request, with exact structure agreed together. It is designed for people or relationships that need extra flexibility or discretion, and can include in person sessions in London, or on location.

How do fees and the sliding scale work?

Step 1 (the 15 minute consult) is free. After that, sessions are paid. I will share my current fee for individual and relationship sessions during the session, before you book anything further. In some situations I can offer a limited number of sliding scale slots, depending on your circumstances and my capacity at the time.

What kind of commitment do you expect from me?

Therapy works best when you’re ready to do the work. I ask that you come willing to be honest, reflective and open to trying small changes between sessions. I work best with people who know something needs to shift, even if they are not sure how that will look yet.
